Can I return a purchased webinar?

Our webinars are prepared with utmost diligence. We want our product to fully satisfy our customers. But, we take into account that for various reasons, you may want to cancel your purchase. You have every right to do so, and we guarantee you that. We take effort to ensure you are satisfied with the use of our platform.

How much time do I have to take a decision to return the product?

You can return the purchased access to the webinar within 14 days of the date of purchase. So, we offer you two weeks to decide whether the product meets your expectations. If it doesn't, you can return it.

How do I cancel my purchase?

What is the refund procedure?

A relevant amount will be refunded to you in the same way in which you paid for the webinar. During this time you have full right to purchase access to another webinar.
