of professionals in a 4300 square foot upscale, modern, friendly salon and spa
located in Bucks County.

Commission
Structure For Operators
Salon Rage views our organization and team members as professionals. We
offer operator commission based pay that excels both with price structure and
compensation percentage as you advance levels. Our commission system is
determined by the total services sales and the operator level. Up to 60%
commission for qualified team members.
Open Communication
All team members of Salon Rage - Riah Hair Studio will participate in 1:1 meetings to discuss
their performance and have the opportunity to evaluate their present job
responsibilities. Team meetings will be held and all team members will be made
aware of the meeting’s goals ahead of time. Email communication keeps the
entire team abreast of news and updates on a regular basis.
Goal Setting
At Salon Rage - Riah Hair Studio, we want you to be active in your goals and
monitor them on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for the soul purpose of
wanting more out of your career.
Bonus Programs
At Salon Rage - Riah Hair Studio, we provide various bonus programs to all team
members. Operators have the opportunity to earn retail, vacation, referral,
education, client tracking and teaching bonuses. Support staff has the
opportunity to earn training, referral, client tracking, end of year and
periodic retail bonuses.
Education Programs
Salon Rage - Riah Hair Studio provides extensive education programs;
including internal and external training opportunities. Stylists have the
opportunity to become color specialists for and master a wide range of
creative technical techniques as well as formulations.
In House Photo Shoot
To inspire creativity, photo shoots are planned twice a year. The
Salon Rage - Riah Hair Studio team works together to create imagery for use on our ads, marketing
materials, and website. The clients are involved and inspired by our love of
the craft.
