If at any time, you feel you
would be more comfortable

technician, we encourage you
to do so. We are confident
that you will find a Salon
Rage professional that best
suits your needs. For
questions or suggestions,

Straff.
Mail Order
We would be delighted to
mail any of our products or
gift certificates to your
home.
Payment
VISA, Master Card, American
Express, Cash, and check
with valid Pa ID. Returned
checks are subject to a $30
fee.
Gift Certificates
Gift Cards are available in
any denomination. Gift
cards are non refundable,
not exchangeable for cash or
gratuities. Your gift will
be beautifully packaged.
For your convenience, gift
cards may be purchased by
phone or online.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required
for all appointments of one
hour or longer. We are
aware that, at times, you
need to change your
appointment. To avoid
being charged for a
scheduled service, we kindly
ask that you give us 24
hours notice for any
cancellation. A 50% charge
will be assessed without
proper notification.
Scheduling
Our scheduling is designed
to permit the appropriate
amount of time to complete
your service. Please help
us by arriving on time to
receive the full benefit of
your service and
experience. Special
appointments can be arranged
for special needs. We
suggest that you make your
next appointment before you
leave the salon. We will
gladly call the day before
as a reminder.
Personal Belongings
Please note that we are not
responsible for loss, theft,
or damage to personal
property or clothing.
Please change into the gowns
provided for chemical
services.
Running late
We pride ourselves on
servicing all our clients in
a timely and professional
manner. Your promptness is
greatly appreciated and
required to properly serve
you. In the event that you
are running late for an
appointment, we will do
everything possible to
satisfy you with our other
patrons in mind.
Pricing
Our prices do not reflect
gratuities. The suggested
percentage for gratuities is
18 – 20% of the total
service price. We do not
allow for tips to be added
onto credit card charges.
However, we do have an ATM
in-house. Gratuities at
Salon Rage are based off of
client experience and
customer service. For your
convenience gratuity
envelopes are available at
the reception desk.

Let us customize a gift card
program to thank customers,
recognize employees or to
use as part of an incentive
initiative.
· Valuables
We recommend that you leave
all valuable items at home
when receiving spa services.
We cannot be responsible
for any lost or damaged
personal articles.
Expectant mothers
Expectant mothers should
check with their physician
prior to receiving any body
treatments or chemical
services.
Why do prices vary?
Our prices vary for
different service providers
based on education,
experience and client
demand. All of our service
providers are qualified,
educated and specialized in
their craft. As a result of
their achievements, our
professionals work at six
levels: NOF stylist,
stylist, senior stylists,
master stylist, designer,
and elite. While prices
vary accordingly, every
specialist is constantly
improving through ongoing
education. Whatever level
you seek, you'll enjoy
superior service.
